When you contact us via WhatsApp, we process messages and any documents you send through that platform. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) acts as a data processor in this context. Their privacy policy applies to the platform itself.

Automated Processing & Artificial Intelligence

Our quote form uses artificial intelligence to analyse uploaded documents and calculate pricing. Documents are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI (Meta Llama model) running within Cloudflare’s UK/EU infrastructure. No document content is retained by the AI system after processing is complete.

Our WhatsApp assistant is powered by AI and may handle initial enquiries. Conversation state is stored temporarily per session to maintain context and is cleared after a period of inactivity.

Uploaded documents are stored securely for 90 days following payment confirmation to support redelivery, then permanently and automatically deleted. Documents are never used to train AI models and are never shared with third parties.

You have the right to request human review of any automated decision. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@tatkowski.com. This processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (performance of a contract).
