Can you attend my child's parents' evening at a UK school?
Yes. We attend in person across London and the Home Counties (on-site) and by phone / video (nationwide). We interpret the full meeting neutrally and to strict confidentiality.
How much does it cost?
On-site from £49.99/hour (2-hr minimum); remote from £39.99 per 30 mins. Most parents' evening slots are 15–30 minutes each — we quote for the full estimated duration upfront.
Can you help me understand what the teacher said?
Yes. Interpreters render progress, grades in the UK 9–1 GCSE / A-level system, teacher observations and recommended next steps into your language, and interpret your questions back to the teacher.
Can you help with EHCP, SEN Support and safeguarding meetings?
Yes. We attend EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) reviews, SEN Support reviews, school safeguarding and TAF (Team Around the Family) meetings, and can translate the written EHCP / SEN Support Plan document separately for a fixed £/page fee.
